I doubt it, considering all the shit Nealfire’s already done to the space/time continuum to date, and the universe is still standing. If four portal jumps between worlds/times, a Curse cast in his name that created a whole universe within a universe outside the world he was born in, and the people who kidnapped him as a boy in Neverland doing so because they were searching for the ten-year-old version of his then-unborn son with a woman whose great grandparents had yet to be born… yeah, if all that hasn’t created a black hole and killed everyone yet, I think this is par for the course tbh.
